Yes! you may become member, and convey the same to your matching guest as and when you happen to be a matching host. Finally (as we are not providing your residential address to any one) it depends on your email communication between your matching guest and you. However in that case you cannot expect the gift amount from your guest.

Can other members

|

No way. No one
can view your personal details without your consent.
But as per your request for a stay, the matching
hosts will have to be provided with a part of
your details. To be precise such hosts will be
provided with only your Name, Age, and Place.
Your email address will be provided to them only
if they accept your stay to enable further communication
between you two.

How do I send
in a request for a stay as a guest?
|

By submitting
the Stay Request Form with your details.
|

How many days
in advance do I need to send my request?
|
| |
Earlier the
better. However the request should be minimum
8 days in advance and maximum 30 days in advance.
You can cancel your request up to 5 days in advance.
You will receive confirmation of your stay if
a matching host is found 5 days in advance. Once
confirmation is sent to you, whether you accomplish
the stay or not your chance for request is counted
as we provide one family member’s contact
to you.

Is there any
guarantee of my stay with a host?

No. There is
no guarantee that each request for a stay would
find a matching host. However with more and more
people joining our family there will be more and
more chance of match.

What do I do
once I register with you and pay the subscription?

The only expectation
from members is that they keep checking their
emails (if not daily once in two days or so) so
as to either receive confirmation as per the request
or to confirm a guest’s stay if you are a
matching host.

What am I supposed
to do after becoming a member?

Use the services
of Globalindianfamily by checking your emails
as normally you would check other emails. Globalindianfamily
would highly appreciate if you promote the website
and encourage.

How will I be
communicated about a prospective guest?

You will be
receiving an email giving the details of your
matching prospective guest 5 days in advance.

Do I have the
liberty to terminate my stay as a guest at any
moment?

free to do so. However as a courtesy you are expected
to inform the host likewise.

Can I decide
not to stay with the host at the last moment?

you will be deemed to have used one of your chances
of request for stay.

to alter your details of stay up to 6 days prior
to the original date of stay requested.

of any guest is confirmed without your prior confirmation
of availability and concurrence.

What if the guest and the host
work out another stay on mutual understanding
without involving Globalindianfamily?

Globalindianfamily
does not come in the way of any such stays being
arranged by mutual convenience of the guest and
the host. Globalindianfamily sees no threat to
its operation as it believes in spite of such
contacts being developed its services would always
be needed by the members.

How do I recognize
my prospective guest?

You would be
getting their name, age, sex, language before you confirm
their stay and then you would be able to communicate
with them and thus identify.

Can I take any
non-member along with me to my guest to my host?
|

No. In any case
no member or non-member can be a guest without
prior confirmation from the host.

family we mean: the members have an open heart,
they love, enjoy and accept the company of people,
they feel proud and rich in developing increasing
number of contacts and have a friendly attitude.

What is Globalindianfamily’s
definition of a stay?
|
| |
Our definition
of a stay: a place of shelter for not more than
4 - 5 consecutive days, where a guest can keep
his belongings (say a bag or two), where he can
sleep overnight and basic homely amenities are
available to him. We do not expect the host even
to offer a cup of tea or so to the guest. However
they mutually can agree upon any further deal.

Is my stay going
to be free of cost?
|

Not exactly.
Just as any guest normally brings some gift for
the host, we propose Globalindianfamily member
guest to pay his host a sum of Rs.100/- (For a
stay outside India the currency equivalent of
USD 10/-) per person per day as a cash gift. This
is to be considered as a goodwill gesture towards
the host and not to be evaluated for the comforts
offered.
