1. The member accepts that he has gone
through the FAQ entirely and willing accepts the concept
of Global Indian Family.
2. By registering for the service through
the site Globalindianfamily.com you accept these terms
and conditions in their entirety.
3. Every member agrees to respect and
maintain a high level of decorum with respect to behavior,
language, manners etc. while in contact with other fellow
members of the Global Indian Family.
4. Membership is valid for one year from
the date of registration and is non-transferable.
5. These terms and conditions are subject
to change from time to time, any changes may be made by
Globalindianfamily.com without any notice and new terms
and conditions will be posted on the Globalindianfamily.com
website. An e-mail announcing changes will be sent to
all registered users. Globalindianfamily.com will accept
no responsibility for such e-mail notification not arriving
but you accept that in Globalindianfamily.com sending
such announcement and updating the terms and conditions
published on the Globalindianfamily.com website, you accept
the terms and conditions as published.
6. To register for the service provided
by Globalindianfamily.com you must be over 18 years of
age. You acknowledge that you are by registering and accepting

service, you agree to pay annually in advance by means
of a DD / Cheque.
8. If you cancel your registration you
will receive e-mail confirmation from Globalindianfamily.com
that your membership has been cancelled. Until you receive
this e-mail you should assume that cancellation has not
taken place. Cancellation e-mails will normally be dispatched
within 2 working days of receiving the cancellation notice.

right to modify of remove any part or parts of the service
provided during the registered period. Reasons for such
modification or removal may include but not be limited
to:- legal, technical or data security issues.

right to terminate the registration of any member at any
time and without notice for any breach of these conditions
or any action by the registered user which in the opinion
of Globalindianfamily.com could adversely effect the name
or reputation of Globalindianfamily.com.
11. In the event of termination under
this clause the user accepts that they will not try to
re-register under any other name or identity and will
not access the Globalindianfamily.com website.
12. In the event of termination of membership
by either party for whatever reason, there will be no
refund of fees paid.
13. Users of the Globalindianfamily.com
service are not permitted to publish through the site
any information which would identify themselves directly
or provide contact details including but not limited to
phone, address e-mail information unless in response to
a stay request match and then only at their own sole risk.
14. Users may not publish advertisements
or promote other businesses within the Globalindianfamily.com

site for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail otherwise
known as spam.
16. Globalindianfamily.com is for the
use of individual users and should not be used by companies
or organisations where the recipient of the service is

are subject to change and may be modified at any time
to include additional services. In the event of a change
